School Holiday Information

To ensure our students have a great time with us over the school holidays, we ask parents and guardians to please take note of the following:

Students should bring a drink and a healthy nut-free morning or afternoon tea snack and their waterbottle.
We now have a Vending Machine with some healthy (and some not so healthy) treats! Bring along some change if you would like to use this.
Please sign your child in and out 10 minutes before/after their session.
Ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing for a potentially messy art class.
If your child has any allergies, medical issues or special learning needs, please make it known to us at the time of booking. Any medications must be clearly marked with your child’s name, photo ID and action plan.
If your child is staying for two sessions (morning and afternoon), Art Est provides a supervised lunchtime break and will ensure children are safely escorted between buildings where necessary. Please ensure your child has a packed lunch and a hat and sunscreen. If weather permits, they may be taken to a nearby park during the lunchtime break.
